Unapologetic 333: Josephine Bell’s Journey of Healing, Poetry, and Advocacy

Picture captured during her performance at the LMNT POETRY SERIES: A Poetry Night for the Voiceless

Josephine Bell shares this with the readers:

This piece is a piece that is written for me by my higher self and is a love story about the journey I took to heal my trauma and how it has changed me in a positive way. I'm living a dream at this moment and this piece has 2 moving parts, the first is me being fearless and victorious to walking in full faith. It was written specifically in support of the headline interMirrorsection, I call this "A love Unbound, Intro"

Taking off this wig, A new chapter, a new gig. Waking to a fresh start, In this new space, a brand new art.

I erase the pain, a lingering stain, Replacing it with love, a sweet refrain. Love for the race, a newfound grace, Playing in my face, a joyous chase.

Teaching me to chase my heart, Guided by faith, a brand new art. Not by sight, but by the might, Of will power, a shining light.

A lower place of thinking, a past to mend, Pushing me to reach my higher end.

Pause:

See I've been pushed to the max in this season, I looked in the mirror and finally saw exhaustion in my eyes. I was a fish without water on her last breath when I heard the spirit say

A Love Unbound

SP - Love, where have you been? My solace, my friend. You calm me, you understand, A balm for my wounded land.

Me - I fight with my mind, To leave the shadows behind. With spirit's guidance, I'm still, My heart, yearning to heal.

SP - Your eyes, a warm, inviting sea, Your smile, a sunbeam, wild and free. You unlock the chains that bind, A love so rare, so one of a kind.

Me - You watched as Pandora's darkness fell, I hid in plain sight, a silent spell. Our love, a euphoria, a sweet release, A fantasy of touch, a lover's peace.

Embrace me as I am, no pretense, Away from here, a love's defense. These feelings, a trance, a sweet delight, In your embrace, I find my light.

Your kiss, a signal, a new desire, Weakening me, a burning fire. The climax, my ultimate quest, Knowledge, our language, put to the test.

A synergy of energy, a high, A love so rare, I touch the sky. We're misfits, a family, a bond so strong, Individuals who see the world, a vibrant song.

We challenge perception, the status quo, Listen to understand, where love will grow. Our world is changing, a new dawn, I question the miseducation, the wrong.

I challenge dissonance, a clouded mind, To impact the world, a love aligned. In solidarity, we'll stand as one, This mission of control, a battle won.

How do you see love? A visual art? Not in my thighs, nor in my heart. These images, a motivation, a guide, To open your heart, let love inside.

Come, walk with me, in this garden of bliss, Cultivate a new earth, a world of bliss. Unlimit your beliefs, embrace the truth, Universal love, a guiding youth.

As a woman, I stand tall and proud, But how can I be, when youth is allowed? A proper education, a right denied, I inspire all, to let love abide.

Embrace the journey, cultivate love, For all, a gift from above.

In an insightful interview with poet and visionary Josephine Bell, she delves into the profound influences that have shaped her identity, mission, and artistry. Josephine reflects deeply on her upbringing, highlighting generational trauma and its role in molding her path toward self-expression and emotional healing. This deeply personal experience led her to create the brand "Unapologetic 333," representing her spiritual connection with the Holy Spirit and her commitment to breaking generational curses, especially around abuse and trauma.

Her poetic voice, fortified by painful yet transformative experiences, speaks powerfully to the realities of mental and emotional abuse. Josephine candidly addresses her family's values, which, though complex and difficult, laid the foundation for her healing and eventual outspokenness. Writing became her therapy, a form of self-exploration and resilience, as she used it to counteract the damage caused by toxic influences and repressive ideologies. These themes of trauma, emotional upheaval, and healing are at the heart of her company, JRB Associates, which aims to raise awareness about sexual predatory practices and help survivors of sexual abuse find their voice and restore balance in their lives.

Q&A with Josephine Bell

Q: In what ways do you believe your upbringing and early environment have sculpted not only your identity but also your vision for the future?

A: Thanks for asking me this question, this is why I am branding, "Unapologetic 333" because I walk in holy spirit and my spirit has helped me to understand that generational curses where the foundation of some of my most precious traumas (just saying this in a jokingly way but it not a joke). With these trauma I came to him in my darkest hours of suffering in my child body and asked for his protection and guidance out this dark world. I am a divine warrior for emotional balance and with this balance I am unapologetic for the truths of my soul's purpose. My vision is to help us all understand how to love in a universal way and help heal the curses of traumatic impacts from all forms of abuse with a special focus on sexual abuse.

Q: How have the dynamics and values within your family influenced your journey toward self-expression, and what tensions or harmonies have emerged in that process?

A: With my background there is not much to say from a positive perspective but I can say that it was the foundation of literally "Fuck Them Kids,". I was in the Pandora's Box filled with Shame, Ignorance and Narcissistic Teachings' from the Holy Bible and verbal manipulations of the word. Most defining self expression I have is my writing because this is how I processed and healed through all this mental health care reform. I am my own thoughts and therapy for a better way to get the information-packed therapy from my creative expressions. The pain from the mental abuse was the killing of my mind and heart. The release of theses emotions have been so powerful and uplifting me to speak out against all this snatching of soul's through sexual ritual's.

Q: How did your personal experiences with trauma and healing influence the founding of JRB Associates and its mission to raise awareness of sexual predatory practices?

A: Being a member of a team of many survivors of sexual sacrifices is a community of piracy. Our soul's were hijacked to benefit the most important thing power and energy. This is what my company is solely focused on Just Restoring Balance of the traumatic brains and healing through cognitive dissonance and emotional intelligence. Our mission is to uplift and educate in self awareness because the only reason we are not healed is because of our silence and denial of the abuse.

Q: Can you explain how biometric field analysis helps individuals improve their mental and emotional intelligence at JRB Associates?

A: The true meaning in my perspective of the rainbow community is a community that was created to hide all the secrets of the rituals and accept this as the new norm for our life. But this is also a community that unites us all in a way that many will never understand but need to know this universal love languages.

Biometric field analysis is the process of analyzing and measuring an individual's unique biological or behavioral characteristics to identify and verify their identity. This is the intaking of the body's signals that arise when a intrusive thought surfaces in current time bringing forth fear.

Biometric analysis can be used to identify individuals based on:

Physical characteristics: Fingerprints, iris patterns, facial geometry, palm vein patterns, and hand geometry.

Behavioral elements: Voice and speech prints, and handwriting

This is how we raise the self awareness of each individual to understand how to balance with holistic lifestyle in their own way, there is no right or wrong to healing but LOVE will always be the best way to heal.

Q: In your poem, you talk about redefining beauty and supporting mental well-being after trauma. How do these themes translate into your work in restorative health practices?

The beauty I speak of in my work is my mind and my heart. I speak to the love that you have to give to thyself to creating a new beginning in life. There is so many challenges we all face daily that take the wind from beneath your wings but how many of us wish that we had a helping hand in the uplifting of the spirit. When you understand your emotional inventory you know how to balance your actions from negativity and begin to understand how empathy works. The restoration is your will to overcome the oppressive behavior from limiting beliefs of thyself image.

Q: What inspired you to integrate business process analytics into JRB Associates' services, and how do you balance optimizing business efficiency with promoting holistic well-being?

Human moral in the work place is a key essential to business productivity. It is the key driver to customer satisfactions and retention services. They way we care for our mind, body and spirit is the key to healthy mental well being. With a clear understanding of how to apply empathic concern in the business relationships. Leading to better handling of conflict resolutions in the business relationship.

Q: Your poem “Footprints on the Sand” touches on the transient nature of life. How does poetry help you express your personal journey, and does it influence your professional work?

My poetry is my work and passion for LOVE. It helps me to express the intriguing design of my mind in a creative way for you all to understand my emotional life. My way of expression is my wisdom and my scientific knowledge of human anatomy. I am inspired from the messages of humanity crying out to me in the night's sleep. The words express answers to these questions of concerning thought's of a solution to restoring balance emotionally.

Q: What advice do you have for individuals struggling with feelings of abandonment or emotional hardship, especially when working through the long-term impacts of trauma?

Love yourself more than anything and appreciate the gentle nudges from your spirit to heal the sutures of traumatic mental conditioning beliefs of what the world wants you to accept as your truths. You are the love that everyone needs to see, so live freely and love all the imperfections of life but understand that projection is a real deal in human interactions.

Q: How do your personal struggles and successes shape the themes in your poetry, and what message do you aim to communicate about the human condition?

My struggle sad as this may sound has been self expression. I stay in hermit mode to protect my sensitive nature and my spiritual life. I have a rare range of gifts that bring the awareness of transformational healing in helping us all ascend to new levels of consciousness. But since I am always misunderstood by the masses when I speak directly. I stay silent and use my words to bring the message of any concerns' that need to be addressed in this world. The Chaos is ruining the true meaning of love it is not based on condition of conducting a search for a new personality. It is built on understanding how to uplift each other spiritually in LOVE. This is the beauty I see for the future and placing many ends to the cycles of shame, ignorance and narcissism.

Q: What are your future ambitions as a poet, and how do you envision your work evolving?

I envision my future as the voice of LOVE and the beauty of loving thyself with pure love for the human experience. My wisdom of life spans from centuries ago and I am a Prophet for LOVE. My works will evolve just like me within the flow of my journey. I came out my cave to share with the world my heart and how I opened up Pandora's Box of secrets and lies. Life is a movie once the reel starts you're in charge of every action you direct in the filming process. The film credits are the only facts in the creation of reaching heavens gateway's.

In all her endeavors, Josephine Bell remains steadfast in her mission to foster love, heal from trauma, and guide others toward emotional balance and self-awareness. Her work is a beacon for those seeking to break free from the chains of abuse and find strength in their own vulnerability.
